Smartest hair anslysis with what my hair needs ever! -- And I am an AARP Member who has had many! . . . I was able to climb the stairs well to the 2nd floor, but if stairs bother you, ask if there is another entrance. . . My appointment was for a hair consultation and cut. Selena was thorough with feeling my hair and moving it to see how it lay while asking LOTS of questions about how I cared for it and my challenges plus what I liked about my hair - so glad she did. SHE IS THE FIRST PERSON IN 50 YEARS TO USE A DRY CUT (no razor) ON MY HAIR AND THE CURLS CAME BACK! My hair once was frizzy, coarse, and poofy but is now much finer and fuzzy. Chrystal offers one of the most intentional and detailed hair experiences. She genuinely listens to your goals for your hair and she offers you tips on how to better care for your hair as well. Everything was great and went way beyond my expectations. I 100% recommend!
