This was such a great experience. I loved the product selection and working with Sarah was so easy! She was incredibly accommodating, very knowledgeable about the products and process, and always available to answer questions! Kory did an incredible job on the installation. He was an excellent problem solver and walked us through the entire process. Great communication all around! The finished job is amazing. It looks like a whole new house!

In June I had Carpet One redo stairs in my home with luxury vinyl.Working with Sarah McKenzie sales associate was great-she listened to what I wanted and was a great communicator with prices.Korey who did the installation was a hard worker, respectful and did a wonderful job. They helped us pick out a beautiful hardwood, as our current product had been discontinued. Sarah at the front desk was hugely helpful and so kind. When it came to install they were quick and did a beautiful job! Truly thankful for their expertise.
