We had a great experience with getting new carpet from XL Flooring for all our bedrooms and stairs. Their manager Cindy York was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. The installers were very careful with my furniture, worked very efficiently, and did a good job. I had a a closet door that dragged a little over the thicker carpet and they had someone here to fix it within 24 hours for free.
Cameron was phenomenal! For years my husband and I could not decide on the perfect backsplash for our kitchen and Cameron came to our rescue! She helped us find something we both liked and made the process flow seamlessly. She was the first person who both listened and had suggestions based on our goals and I can’t thank her enough! We were looking for options to replace the carpet in a bedroom at our house and Carpet One got back to us very quickly and gave us a very competitive quote. Gryphon brought carpet samples and did some research for us, was very knowledgeable on their products. He was quick to return any messages and very thorough.
