The owner was very rude and sexist. Refused to talk to me and would only talk to my husband. Was very bad at communicating . Our ac and heat still don't work properly and he refuses to work on it or fix it. Also claims no fault to it causing a bunch of water damage to our new addition. It was put in 2017 when the house was added on to and still not right. We will have to pay another person to fix properly.
