John installed a new purify water system in our kitchen and a new water softener in our house. Everything was done on professional way with knowledge of all service related to the systems!! We have been a customer with air and water since1984 and never have been disappointed. They are excellent in all aspects of service and quality products!!! This company is fantastic. James came out to test our home for radon and inspect our hvac unit. Very smart guy, very friendly, explained things really well, and has a ton of experience. He was also willing to do things outside of his job description, like clean out the mouse/rat nest that was in our 22 year old hvac unit, and help reach things with his ladder, that I couldn't otherwise. I highly recommend this company!
James was my sales rep. He was also lead on my installer team. they were great! walked me thru the entire process and then left my basement cleaner than when they started to do the work. totally recommend.
