Was told by some coworkers that I needed to look into getting a water softener after complaining about dry skin/frizzy hair. I saw a recommendation for Air & Water Solutions on the NextDoor app so I decided to get a quote. Someone answered me right away and came out quickly to give us a quote. They were able to split the cost up into an initial deposit and 3 other payments without any interest which made it much more doable for us. It was installed very quickly and Tony, our specialist, always had great communication with us. I called Water & Air Solutions to inquire about a radon mitigation system. Before I called Air & Water Solutions, I called another company that missed my calls twice, no-showed once, and cancelled 2 appointments last-minute. I’m so happy I ditched the other company and went with Water & Air Solutions. They were SO quick to get back to me and had someone come out to assess and install the system so fast!! Their customer service is also fantastic. Kevin was our specialist that installed the system. He was very professional, down-to-earth, honest, and explained everything to us very well. I cannot say enough good things about Air and Water Solutions. From the moment I called to set up an energy audit to the final moments in my home they were great. They answered all my questions without condescending. They offered up a ton of information when it came to decusions I had to make. And when we hit a snag they took care of the issue and worked with me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
