Good company people and very nice but so many different departments and somehow an order got lost. Could be Fed ex fault and it is being investigated but I never know who to call for what. Little confusing. I bounced around between phone numbers , Apria direct, supplies, so hopefully it will be found and sent to me.
I too had trouble with the corporate customer service. They were very rude and unreasonable. Melissa, the manager at the Clinton office, stepped in and made everything right. She was amazing!!!!
