I've talked to 2 ladies yesterday. Not one of them has got back with me. I'm having such a terrible time. The weekend was terrible that I have. The dream wear and the nose piece isn't working for me but it did when I went to the place out Melita and then they set me over to a guy in the. War Ehouse in lenaxa or the office, I've not heard back from nobody.
This review is for Melissa and Heidi -- not necessarily Apria. I had been trying for 6 months to get CPAP supplies through the Apria webpage and 1-800 numbers. A total disaster all the way around. I've been with Apria over 20 years. Melissa and Heidi were able to get done in 1 day what the corporate folks had not been able to do in 6 months. Many thanks to those 2 ladies.
Heidi was very helpful to me with a problem I was having with my antique CPAP. At the end of the day I will have to replace it even though it still works but I will not think twice about going to Apria to purchase my new one after the customer service I got today!!
