Only 4 stars because it's been hard to reach Rose Rosenthal, the owner and operator. I've had to leave messages each time. What has redeemed my situation is between Rose and I we were able to set up the appointment by using our voicemails. She's flexible and is the only place in town that offers electrolysis. Electrolysis is the only procedure that eventually gets rid of gray hairs. If you catch it early in life and have darker pigments in your hair, use laser hair removal. Electrolysis is successful but it takes multiple visits. The good news is she's not too expensive. I'd give her 5 stars if she offered credit cards. She takes only cash or checks.
