“I literally just left there and had to make sure I left my review before pulling off the lot! It’s been a nice minute since I last had a really good piercer. So here I am trying to find a new one. I took time to research some good reputable tattoo shops here in STL. And then I randomly came across 13 Roses Tattoo & Aesthetics. I walked into the shop to see if a piercer was available and I also had a few questions to ask. The young man at the front desk that greeted me was very nice.
