“I decided a few months ago to stop dying my hair and to go natural. I was traveling for long periods and finding someone to keep up with my highlights while traveling was a pain. So, I allowed my roots to grow out for 5 months. I asked my hairdresser of nearly 30 years to add some blonde highlights so that the roots wouldn’t show too much. The blonde she put in was brassy and yellow and really did not match my roots. It did not look that good. Bleached blonde. Thank goodness I found Jen. She listened to what I was looking to achieve and was able to remove the brassy yellow look and replace it with an ashy color that matched my roots totally. It looks SO GOOD. My friends and family think it looks AWESOME. I’ve had comments like Sassy and Dramatic. It was a hard decision to go from mid brown to ash grey and I was scared it would make me look older- but I don’t think it does. It looks exactly like it should for a women of my age and it’s so natural looking.
