I contacted Stratum due to leaking cracks in our basement wall. Matt Wittman came out and explained several options to take care of the problem. He was wonderful to work with and is also helping me with another future repair to be done as well. The communication was just the best with Matt - and the follow through great as well.
Lucas and Elliot came and did the actual work- they were super efficient and minimized any mess along with a perfect clean up. I could not recommend Stratum and their staff more highly!!
Stratum installed an egress window for us in the fall of 2024. I was extremely pleased with the service, the people and the work. Keven was the estimator who first talked with us. He was far superior to anyone else who gave us a bid. He was so knowledgeable of the process of putting in an egress window. There were challenges with our project because of the placement of a generator near where the window would go. Keven very patiently worked through all of that with us. Our team of Noah, the foreman, with Alex and Cody could not have been more professional. And how could that company run without Shelia, the Office Manager? Stratum recently installed an egress window to our basement bedroom. Keven was the sales person and Alex did the work. Both were good to work with. Also Sheila in the office is on top of things.
Scott E who Keven connected me with is someone that does the inside tear-up & cleanup construction (drywall etc) and leaves the place in very nice order. Also an excellent person and deserves a shout out.
I would use them again.
