Great and honest company. I had Jeff out for a bid on eight odd sized and large skylights. He took his time to educate me on the options we had as well as making some suggestions to help keep costs down. We were having a roof done at the same time and he was upfront on letting me know that because of that, skylights through the roofing company would probably be more affordable. That didn't change the time he put into the bids or the detail he provided. We didn't end up going with St. Louis Skylights, but if we hadn't needed a roof at the same time I would absolutely have given him our business.

We had a venting skylight (a "Solatube") installed in 2003 when this company was under different ownership. We recently discovered the skylight had been vented improperly and the electrical work to operate the fan was not to code. Even though the skylight was installed under different ownership, 19 years earlier, they stood behind the product. They sent an electrician to correct the electrical issue, at their cost, and then they correctly routed the vent through the roof. Taylor was a pleasure to work with and it was gratifying to work with a company of such integrity. We would wholeheartedly recommend St. Louis Skylights to anyone. - Patricia
