I’ve been going here for a while now and I’ve never had a problem getting ahold of any of my providers. I will say though, it definitely seems like this business cares a lot more about money than I think is necessary. My psychiatrist is kind and understanding but I don’t feel heard some times. My previous therapist was a bit challenging and really used a tough love technique that may not work for some. I appreciated it to a certain extent but sometimes it felt unnecessarily harsh.

I tried calling multiple times to reschedule my appointment but there is never anyone to pick up the phone at the front desk. The last time I called they picked up and I cancelled, but it was apparently within 24 hours so they charged me $80, even though I tried rescheduling before 24 hours. I also had a migraine the day of, and apparently being sick isn’t an acceptable reason to waive the cancellation fee. This business is horrible. I want my $80 back.
Also, the first appointment with my therapist Juankee she was over half an hour late and couldn’t figure out how to turn on the video.

Dr Bushur has been wonderful with both of my elementary aged sons, through post divorce, sudden loss of a loved one. The reception staff onsite has Ben nothing but courteous and helpful
