One of the worst broker experiences I've had.
No assistance during transit, no response to calls or emails, and a complete lack of professionalism across the board. It’s beyond frustrating—even giving 1 star feels too generous. Holan, Ryan and Brenden who states he was fired as soon as I booked this run last monday
I’ll be leaving a detailed review on every relevant platform to make others aware of how poorly this operation is handled. Zero accountability and zero support.
They dont pay for loads almost 90days past they claiming that they sent check to factoring and it was chased but are not providing proof. If you did lowes loads from reno,nv we should file a lawsuit aginst them
Day 45 and still waiting for payment from Sheer on a load that had no issues. Sheer claims that they processed the payment on day 42 and the "check is in the mail". Laughably, Sheer claims they have a 14-day grace period has the US mail is slow. Save yourself the headache, avoid Sheer Logistics.
