So happy with Stephanie Schafer as our Service Technician. She emails us a few days in advance, giving us the estimated time of service. If we're seeing any issues, we'll respond to that email and let her know. And she can further clarify if need be and take note of those issues for the service call.
Upon arrival, she checks in with us, discusses any issues we're having and proceeds with the service call.
