By far the best and most knowledgeable therapist I have ever worked with. I always recommend Connor to anyone I come across that needs soft tissue work. Whether you are an athlete or not Connor can improve your body aches and pains. I have been playing basketball and lifting for the last 27 years. I have worked with a lot of PTs and masseuses through the years, but none better than Connor. No need to look around for a better one when I have already found and vetted the best!
I have a number of issues related to muscle and skeletal imbalance stemming from a childhood diagnosis of Spina Bifida. Over the years I have pushed through pain and accepted limited mobility as a part of life. Connor took time to talk to me extensively about my past, my ultimate goals of therapy, and even to what degree all of these things affected me mentally. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and very responsive to questions and appointment needs. I feel blessed that I have been able to work with him and see improvement after every session!
