While the final product turned out fine, communication, from start to finish, is a major issue with this company. On a six figure project, Green Guys made construction decisions that impacted our final cost without asking us. Length of project was double the projected timeframe due to delays in asking for our preferred materials. Our concerns regarding the construction were blown off, and when we reached out regarding potential issues, while still in warranty, our calls were not returned. Three years later, we are facing a costly repair. If we could do it all over again we would go with another company.
