Office staff was extremely nice. Even the receptionist! Dr was amazing. They got me in as a new patient the next day. I was quickly taken back to by appointment after arrival. They worked with me and listened to me in my appointment to reach a plan I was happy with.The only thing I would change is the cloth chairs in the waiting room.
Dr. Vitale is truly wonderful — she is so smart and so kind, and truly put us at ease. She spent time thoroughly going over all of the results and even chased us down to give us a few more tips before we left. Feeling very grateful for the wonderful care that we had!
Though the appointments are long the staff communicates well so you know what to expect along the way. They are used to working with children and greeted my 8 month old with joy. Dr. Vitale made sure I had my questions answered and asked ME, the parent, how I wanted to move forward which is rare in an age where patients and parents often are not heard. Highly recommended this office and Dr. Vitale. Appointment was not rushed, communication superb.
