I enjoy coming to this office, Dr. Donnelly and his staff made me fill welcome. They had a lot of treats and samples for skin care. I like that Dr. Donnelly listen to me as a new patient and that what was working for me with my skin from my last doctor he did not change it or add to it. I also have no problem getting prescription when I need them. I know that if I have a problem, I can call him or the office staff. I had good vibes when I walked in and no wait time. I would recommend this office and Dr. James W Donnelly, MD.
I was a bit concerned about the negative reviews, but I saw Dr Donnelly today and it was a good experience. He was cordial, professional, and on time. He answered my questions, his treatment was good, and he took extra time to see other spots of concern.
I don't understand all the negative reviews. I went to see Dr. Donnelly for the first time yesterday and it was a very positive experience. The check -in process went smoothly, and I was called in at my set appointment time. Dr. Donnelly was friendly, efficient - even humorous. After treating me he took the time to give me additional information on my condition and answer my questions. Additionally, the entire staff was very nice and everyone seemed as if they genuinely enjoyed working here. Two thumbs up.
