I was a bit concerned about the negative reviews, but I saw Dr Donnelly today and it was a good experience. He was cordial, professional, and on time. He answered my questions, his treatment was good, and he took extra time to see other spots of concern.
I don't understand all the negative reviews. I went to see Dr. Donnelly for the first time yesterday and it was a very positive experience. The check -in process went smoothly, and I was called in at my set appointment time. Dr. Donnelly was friendly, efficient - even humorous. After treating me he took the time to give me additional information on my condition and answer my questions. Additionally, the entire staff was very nice and everyone seemed as if they genuinely enjoyed working here. Two thumbs up.
I have no idea what the negative reviews are about and I'm sorry for those who felt they had a bad experience. However, unfortunately, I have been to several Doctors in my lifetime and I visited Dr. Donnelly yesterday. I must say, he was one of the most professional, knowledgeable, thorough doctors I have had the pleasure of meeting. He addressed my situation with medical terminology, followed by a simple layman's explanation. I had nothing but a great experience with him and his staff. I recommend him 100%.
