I came in to have my glasses adjusted as the left arm of my Silhouette frames really needed it. Emma straightened it out but told me told me I was on borrowed time as there was damage near the arm of the frame. I was hoping to wait for new frames after my eye doctor appointment in three months. The next day the left arm fell off. I went back to Clarkson Eyecare and Emma in a couple minutes had them fixed replacing both arms of the glasses. She said I didn’t owe anything! So happy. I will definitely be back when it’s time to be fitted for new frames. Thanks so much Emma! Your gracious, generous, cheerful, and quick service was outstanding!

I really like the staff and doctors at their Chesterfield location on Clarkson. Dr. Wilkinson does a great job identifying my vision needs. However, the star of the show was Michelle! She really went the extra mile for me and helping me price the contact lenses that would be the best fit for me. In fact, she knew I was shopping the big box stores, Sam’s and Costco for a better price and still she ordered sample lenses for me to try a more comfortable brand. It turns out Clarkson was cheaper than Costco, Sam’s and 1-800-Contacts! Thanks to Michelle, I saved some money. She could not have been nicer or more accommodating!

I absolutely love Dr Hoover. She is very easy to communicate with and a good listener. She communicates in language I can understand. By the way, we experimented with contact lenses 2 years ago-I do not think I will ever go back to glasses. LOVE my contacts, LOVE my Doctor.
