BriteWorx has the best drive-through car wash in the STL area. I have been a Waterway customer for years, but I am thinking about switching over to Brite-WORX now that membership is about end. I enjoy the self-vacuum because no one else is going to vacuum my truck like I will.
Today was my first time visiting any Brite WorX location. I went to the one off Clayton Road. I had a coupon for a free car wash, called “The WorX”., which is their best wash (normally $25). I pulled into the “Cashier” lane since I needed to redeem my coupon. The lanes were marked clearly with large signs, making it easy to know which of the three lanes to use. The cashier helped me right away. He was very friendly and helpful. He gave me info and a brochure about their “Clean Club”, but did not pressure me into buying anything on the spot, which I really appreciated. Cleans exterior well. Has free vacuums. Easy to pay. Only issue is the air dryer that kicks in at the end of the wash. It misses some droplets on parts of the car. My car is small, so I expect this won't be as bad on larger vehicles. I keep a towel in the car and it only takes a few minutes to wipe up the remaining drops.
