We had a miscommunication regarding warranty work and the president of the company reached out to me directly to resolve the problem. Very impressed with the level of dedication and personal attention taken by the upper management of the company.
Couldn't be happier with our entire project! The end result is exactly what we wanted. They are very professional and made the entire process seamless. Great communication throughout the project. We are now utilizing their ongoing maintenance services for our pool, landscaping and lighting, and irrigation. Highly recommend!
Working with all staff/team members at Baker Pool was a fabulous experience. From the beginning to the end, the crew was outstanding. The workmanship is top notch and our pool is operating beautifully. The project manager was incredible. Great communication and planning all the way.
