I had a truly positive experience at this office. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally kind, patient, and accommodating—especially with my son, who is autistic and very energetic. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even keeping an eye on him and engaging with him while I completed my exam.

The wait time was minimal, and the doctor was both friendly and highly knowledgeable. Every team member we interacted with was warm, understanding, and professional. I deeply appreciated the respectful and supportive environment they created.

Wow! What an enjoyable experience. You know the attitude of the employees and their knowledge is what that either makes your visit good or bad and in this case both was just great. We all laughed a little and still got the job done to get me to see better and order the new glasses at. A cost we could afford a yet get what i needed. I found all aspects of service from the Charleston Marion Eye Center to be above average. The doctor and eye specialists took especially good care in my situation. The eye glasses I received are top-notch and the price was reasonable. I intend to be a return customer!!!
