April 18 has come and gone, but I still don't have a clue as to my tax status. Do I owe, am I getting a refund? Has she filed electronically? Did she file an extension? This person is the worst. Won't return calls, sends rude texts. What kind of way of doing business is this? No news isn't good news when it comes to having my taxes prepared. It was almost like this last year, too. At least I heard from her right after the deadline to have her tell me she e-filed for me. This year, nada. I'm about to have a deputy accompany to her place of business to force some answers from her because I don't want to be accused of anything nefarious.Do not do business with this person....read full review

I have used Office Sidelines for many years now and I will return! While I can appreciate the other review, one must understand the Art of Tax returns...it takes a lot of focus and organization to deal with multiple clients and therefore better to be left alone and only respond to request from the tax preparer. Be patient, get your paperwork to the office, and you will get what you want. Need a quick turn around and hope that you get what you deserve go to the Big Box services...just my opinion. -S

Unprofessional, doesn't return phone calls, sends rude texts and states you have texted her 25 times when you have only texted twice. Been trying to call her for weeks. She is ridiculous. I have told the friends and family. i have sent them these things and the screen shot of her rude unprofessional text they will not be returning either
