John is one of those chiropractors that makes sure you're satisfied, prepared and feeling good before you walk out the door. He made sure to teach me different self care techniques for my TMJD, migraines and even my sinus issues before I left. He explained to me where my issues came from and how they compound on each other. Like others have posted, this machine Dr. Warren uses is the absolute best thing for your back. It adjusts only what needs to be adjusted versus manual manipulation where they try and push you straight through the table or twist you in two. Your back/neck responds better. If the Chiro you are seeing still uses manual techniques, you really should see Dr. Warren and give this machine a go.
