I'm upgrading my review to FANTASTIC. From the lady who helped me pick out the best frames, to the doctor who gave an excellent prescription, to the lady who adjusted them and listened to what I said, I would recommend them highly.

Dr. Junk is courteous and helpful. His staff on the other hand is very lethargic and show little desire to be there. As for their sales experience, they talk fast and make it difficult to understand the product and price. I paid the cost of exam but got my prescription. Purchased frames and lens from well known online seller and saved a bundle!!

My family has seen Dr. Junk for 4 years and we love him! The other employees have been GREAT at helping me choose glasses. No rush, either. There's a huge selection that I like, and the prices are awesome. I can get a pair of glasses plus lenses at a better price here, out of pocket, than I can at other places WITH INSURANCE and their BOGO sales!!!! It's crazy! I've got 5 people in glasses in my home. Do the math- I've saved over 1,000 bucks for sure. I also buy contacts here. They've fixed our glasses on the spot a few times when we walk in. The children's replacement policy is great- I've used it once. Oh, and our new glasses almost always arrive earlier than they say!!...read full review
