My family has seen Dr. Junk for 4 years and we love him! The other employees have been GREAT at helping me choose glasses. No rush, either. There's a huge selection that I like, and the prices are awesome. I can get a pair of glasses plus lenses at a better price here, out of pocket, than I can at other places WITH INSURANCE and their BOGO sales!!!! It's crazy! I've got 5 people in glasses in my home. Do the math- I've saved over 1,000 bucks for sure. I also buy contacts here. They've fixed our glasses on the spot a few times when we walk in. The children's replacement policy is great- I've used it once. Oh, and our new glasses almost always arrive earlier than they say!!...read full review

I had recently moved to town and didn’t know where much was. I needed to get my glasses tightened so I took them here even though this isn’t where I bought my glasses. The customer in front of me was being so rude and irrational towards the man working. Blaming him for something that was out of his control and could only be fixed by her insurance. When she finally left I expected him to be in a bad mood and wasn’t sure if he would help me since I didn’t buy my glasses there. But he was so sweet and helpful. He tightened my glasses and even did it for free.

I needed glasses after mine had been scratched and I couldn't find anywhere where they could make me an appointment when I needed it. They had same day appointments which helped a lot. I got my prescription and chose my glasses and by the second day they had them ready. Super friendly and fast service, I was impressed.
