My experience here was great! Walking in my boyfriend and I were pretty clear we were just looking to get an idea of what I was looking for in an engagement ring , Both Krystan and Megan were very patient and it felt very personal and creating a wish list was easy! We did not feel pushed into anything and it was easy to ask questions.I did not feel that they just wanted to make a sale. We went into another jewelry store and were pushed really hard to buy today and they were not interested in showing us possible rings since we were not going to buy today! I can't wait to pick out my ring from rogers! The customer service and environment is worth it!
