Mercy Clinic at Southeast Missouri University

This review is for the counseling services department specifically, regarding my visit in February 2020.I was seen by the Crisis Counselor for ~25m when I said I was having acute suicidal feelings. She didn't do anything to try to manage this during our time, just asked a lot bout my life in general. The main counselors were all booked out, so I would only be able to be seen by her and only if it was a Crisis, so I didn't end up coming back. But I understand that they are working with a limited budget, and provide these services for free to students, which is very appreciated.However, the secretary (Kyle, I believe) was AWESOME!
