This was the 1st message I’ve had. I was nervous and apprehensive. Julia made things so calm and relaxing. She is very soft spoken and wants you to feel comfortable.I will definitely be making appointments frequently! So thankful a friend referred me to her!

First time at Roots for a 75 min massage for both me and my husband. Hailey was wonderful. I could literally feel the stress leave my body. We felt cared for and not rushed one bit. We were encouraged to just relax and enjoy our time. The extra touches such as the complementary sauna and access to their drink station, we're much appreciated! We also appreciated the other staff at the salon speaking with us and asking us if we needed anything before and after our massages. We will be back!

This was my first visit and first impressions are everything. When I walked in there were several employees conversing amongst themselves and continued and finished their conversation before greeting me. This is the only reason for the 4 vs 5 star rating. My aesthetician was amazing. Rachel has won my business. She's knowledgeable, approachable and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Roots Spa, you have a great employee!
