I felt that Amber pulled out all the stops with her care and treatment and Aaron backing up every treatment that Amber presented. I know this is their job but I always walked out feeling like I’d just spent an hour with my friends. From years of different types of workouts & my muscle makeup I was very resistant to being flexible and supple….to say the least. ( Why couldn’t I love yoga?)
