Petco Grooming

Yesterday I came into Petco only needing 10 small crickets. I have a habit of looking into their cricket bins before approaching the register because I don't like to bother the staff if they're out. They indeed had crickets, and much more then I was even needing. When I went up to ask for them, the employee told me they were completely out, and she wouldn't even go look. I shop at this Petco weekly, and I've never had this happen. Seems to me like she just didn't want to do her job. I have to travel around 40 minutes to make this trip, so I'm pretty angry this happened. They indeed had crickets and she would not go get me any. Bought a dog carrier that happened to be too small for a puppy I'm going to get in two weeks. Took it back to get a refund or exchange for a larger one. They wouldn't take it back because of covid. I can return anything to Amazon or any other local store, except Petco!!!

Good store but didn't appreciate being asked to round up my bill after declining to make a donation. I donate each month to rescues and sanctuaries don't judge me if I turn you down.
