Great service. If you are unsure, they can help. They are gentle while still being quick and neat. My nails turn out perfect every time.
Requested style: I am weird about the shape of my nails. They dont quite fit the norm and I like my nails on the short side. They always get the perfect shape and stay consistent with each nail.
Went in yesterday for an overlay - very short nails. Simple stuff - the nail tech(some guy) huffed and puffed nearly the whole time about it taking too long and was a bit aggressive with my hands. The acrylic is extremely thick on top of that. I was very disappointed as this is a shop I have given high ratings to (Emmy is fantastic). No customer should feel like that. If you don’t want to do the job please let the client know so they can have a choice to leave. Simple.
**and I still tipped when it was not due. Another place I have to check off my list :(.
