Marion Eye Center And Optical is an extremely busy practice with a very impressive and helpful staff. The technicians are kind, patient, and explain everything in easy to understand language. They are more than helpful and go out of their way to help, figuring out ways to manage costs. The center provides a 100% in-house Eyecare solution with all specialists available, which is a huge plus. While visits can be time-consuming, the service is efficient, with glasses arriving quickly. The overall experience makes patients feel very comfortable.
My wife’s eye got stretched. They got her in right away, from the receptionist to the optometrist they were all amazing couldn’t have asked for a better experience..
A few years ago, my husband and I changed our health Insurance and for that reason and others, we had to change our optometrist. We are so glad we chose Dr. Billings at Marion Eye Center. He is one of the best! Since then I've had to have cataract surgery through Marion Eye Center and I couldn't be more pleased. I could go on and on but I highly recommend Marion Eye Center and Optical. They are so friendly, helpful, and professional. Need I say more?
I appreciate Dr Billing’s for his vast knowledge and sharing it with me. The staff is friendly and helpful. Still waiting for information on a billing error but at least they found it and said they would refund it.
