Marion Eye Center And Optical is an extremely busy practice with a very impressive and helpful staff. The technicians are kind, patient, and explain everything in easy to understand language. They are more than helpful and go out of their way to help, figuring out ways to manage costs. The center provides a 100% in-house Eyecare solution with all specialists available, which is a huge plus. While visits can be time-consuming, the service is efficient, with glasses arriving quickly. The overall experience makes patients feel very comfortable.
I am very pleased with Christine at this location she was more than helpful she went out of her way to help us and get my son's glasses ordered properly. We had a slight problem not because of the center but insurance etc but she got it all under control and his glasses here in only a week! That is very impressive and I appreciate her so much. Thank you again Christine your the best!!

Appointment for significant other @ 14:40 hours
After check-in and paperwork, expect the initial wait time not to exceed 30 minutes.
Wendy, one of the many technicians, is very nice and helpful.
She explained everything in easy to understand language and has a terrific bedside manner, and most importantly, has patience with the older geriatric patients.
Overall, start to finish, the first visit is time-consuming, so plan on 2 plus hours, in most situations.
Extremely busy practice with steady arrival of people. The waiting room today stayed mostly at capacity.
