Their prices are outrageous!!! Charge shipping to send them to the school???? No offer for multi child discount????? Basic pictures, crap packages that are even remotely affordable. The pictures are goofy dorky poor quality headshots. Hate this company and the monopoly they have on school pictures!!! They SUCK!!!!!

** Owner replied and said, "We do appreciate your patience while your package is reprinted and shipped to you at no additional cost." Like not charging me again for an order THEY didn't get to me was a convenience for me!! What a joke! Convenience for me would be expediting an order you screwed up with a method that could be tracked to prove you ever even bothered to send it! ** .... I waited 34 business days for my picture order to arrive and received nothing but they took my money just fine. When I contacted the company they blamed the postal service but couldn't even provide a tracking number. They're supposedly sending me a new order, but used the same shipping method....read full review
