Very long wait, and I guess I may be spoiled with other nail professionals. I usually just bring the picture of what I want and they help me pick the color. I think there was a bit of miscommunication but all in all they didn’t cut me and nails still turned out looking good. I would try them again on a not so busy day.

I loved it. Yes the person doing my nails was quiet but she did an amazing job. That was my first time going there. They have great staff and an amazing atmosphere. I would go back again if I lived closerServices: Acrylic nails

After being referred to Cosmos, I made an appointment for 5:15, for a mani and pedi. Both were made with the same person. I did not get my pedicure done by her because she was busy doing someone else's nails.? Why had she started someone else's nails? What is the use of committing to an appointment? I had to wait for 20 minutes to get my pedicure done by someone else. My feet were in water waiting for someone to get finished with another pedicure so they could do mine. The water was let out of my bowl and I sat there until my feet got cold, still waiting for my pedicure. I did get my manicure done with the same person that I had booked both appointments with.
