I have had a few different technicians come to my house now. I can say that the Bug Zero employees are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and honestly kind of fun to have around. I have spoken to different people in the office and it is absolutely the same consistency and professionalism. Very quick response time to any issues i've ever had, which have been few and far between since I have been on their maintenance plan! Highly recommend!
