Great place to workout out. Showers, sauna, boxing area. Only pet peeve I have is people not wiping down weights after use, even though there are always towels and spray for use. The grossest is the personal trainer not wiping down after his clients.
Love that it’s 24hrs and has a sauna ! I’m here for work and wanted to continue my gym routine and with 180 fitness I’m able to do just that . The owner is very friendly and accommodating especially when I had to update my payment information .
This is a great gym! It may be small but ahas all the equipment you’d need for any of your gym goals. Nice balance of machines and free weights as well as always clean showers. Tamatha is a very great lady as well as all the other staff. Definitely worth anyone’s membership??
