My girl Mandy was showing signs of being at her end of life. The staff at Canton Veterinary helped us with an initial visit to evaluate her quality of life and pain level, and knowing when to make the decision to let her go with dignity. When it came time, they got us in right away. They treated her with kindness and affection and made a very painful process easier to navigate.
I usually visit their Palmyra office because it is closer to where I live in Illinois, however this was more of an emergency. When I called they asked me to come straight to the office. My dog was treated with utmost care and respect, even though the limp and other symptoms he had been experiencing had magically improved - almost disappeared. They did a thorough examination and treated him for inflammation. Everyone was kind and very professional.
