WARNING - T & R Plumbing My plumbing is bad when I bought the house a year ago. In August, it took a turn for the worse and we had sewage flooding our basement. I called my warranty company and they sent out Billie with T & R Plumbing. They came out, augured the pipes and a short time later said they were done. The guys who did it said they pulled some roots but wasn’t too bad. May need to do this again in a few years. Less than an hour later, it is backing up into the basement again. I called Billie and he made his way down stairs and plungered the drain. It went down and figured it was okay. NOPE! Two weeks later, I have sewage flooding basement again. I called Billie directly to fix it. I explained that a camera needs to be sent down the pipe to see if there is a collapse or damage. “Okay, I’ll come out tomorrow morning” 11am rolls around and never hear from him. I call him and ask for status as I can’t use my facilities and laundry. “Oh, I hurt my knee and won’t be out there. But I’ll be out there tomorrow.” “Okay well I need it in the evening because my wife and I are starting new jobs, I can’t miss work.” ”sure no problem! I’ll get someone to stay late and come with me. We will run a camera and get it fixed!” Do you think he came that evening? NOPE! Did he call to reschedule or cancel? Not at all! So I had to file a complaint with my warranty but this plumber is apparently the only contracted drain clearer in my area so the warranty is useless. He isn’t returning phone calls or nothing. I’m filing a complaint with better business bureau and will make sure everyone in the excelsior springs/Lawson knows about this guy! He is based in Lawson and is an absolute joke! Avoid at all costs because he will take your money, bandaid fix it and leave you high and dry!
While doing dishes this morning, water ran out from bottom of the garbage disposal. There was lots of water! I called and Billy came out and replaced my old defective disposal. I appreciate the prompt service more than you can know!
