They continue to have issues with changing phone numbers in their system to have updated ones for my mothers primary care provider. They don’t schedule anything. And they provide little support or help with ensuring the patient is taken care of.

in hone great Kathy is great, most of the nurses okay....but I had hand surgery have a ostomy was told by a higher up nurse gene that I was on my when my ostomy burst got all over my bandages and open wound, she told me I find some where to or consider something else because they couldn't do this....so the I made a call and found a company who could.
