Wife ordered tire online and got an email saying it was ready. She put me on the pickup as an alternative person and forwarded it to me. When I arrived, the worker behind the desk wouldn't scan the barcode on the email and kept arguing that there was no tire there for us. I asked to speak to someone else, at which point, he ran to the back and found our tire. The worker proceeds to give attitude because my last name is different from my wife's and keeps asking am I sure that I'm there for that item. I said look at the email. There is a barcode with instructions for you to scan and it has me listed right here as the alternative person to pick this tire up.... read full review

It took 3.5 hours to have an oil change done. I was the third customer in line.

Popped a tire on the way home from vacation. Came here to get it replaced. 15 minutes after getting it changed at this location a fire started and I lost the car and everything in it. We had driven 400+ miles before then and had no problems. Fire marshal said the fire started immediately adjacent to the wheel that was changed. Will never get tires from Walmart again.
