I was vacationing at Lake of the Ozarks. Realized I had forgotten my contacts. I stopped in the vision center and Lucy was a life saver. We got my prescription from my eye doctor and she supplied me with a few samples. Can't say enough about her superior customer service!

I know better than to go to this store after church because it is always a zoo! But I'm 71 & recently had a heart attack & had run out of my heart meds, It was supposed to be a quick in & out. I parked where I always do, but but as I approached the door I notice the sign saying it was closed. So I walked the length of the building to get in (there was no parking available near that set of doors!) then walked the length of the building 3 more times to get it & get back to my car. But the worse part was the bottleneck with everyone trying to use one set of doors! That made it impossible to do any kind of social distancing. I complained as did many others,... read full review

I teetered between four and three stars on this one. There are some aspects of this Walmart that I love and some I don't. Usually, I do a pros/cons or good/bad review. So here goes: Cleanliness- good! I rarely feel "dirty" walking through this Walmart. Bathrooms are hit or miss in this category but as an overall score for the store, I'd say five stars. Friendliness- meh....this could also be hit or miss. I've been here before when associates and management are top notch friendly. I've also been here and had a cashier literally throw my groceries in the sack because she's having a bad day. I give them 4 stars in this category because... read full review
