“Dr Koons is wonderful! I’ve been seeing him for many years and he’s extremely knowledgeable, informative and kind. He’s never rushed my appt and has always explained all my vision options to me. His office staff are just as fantastic as he is. I was unsure what lenses and what coatings to use on my lenses; Shyla & Mikayla were extremely helpful. Shyla helped me keep the expense of my new glasses down and she and Mikayla helped me choose to use my old frames instead of buying new ones which would cost me so much more. Shyla even applied a discount on my new lenses that I hadn’t even asked for.
