The doctors here are great, but the receptionist will lie to cover each other. My husband had an appointment for 3:30 one day and when we got there, the receptionist told us it was for 3:15 we were late and had to reschedule. Then she says" we don't make appointments at 3:30! So we call back and are given an appointment at 3:45, so when my husband says we were told no appointments at 3:30 the receptionist replies with the standard " I don't know who told you that, we do have appointments at 3:30"! I recommend you record conversations
I have been a patient at Lake Regional in Camdenton for 3 yrs now. Love this clinic most of the time. The times I do t love them are not worth mentioning as the times that they are awesome far outweigh the bad...and most of the bad are due to the regulations the federal government puts on them.Thanks Dr Amy and all the awesome staff at the clic and the pharmacy for all your hard work
