Purchased home in California MO. Inspection report noted that roof in “good condition” Shortly after we purchased home we received notice from State Farm that they were canceling our property insurance in approximately 30 days due to roof condition . Installed a 20,000 plus roof that we were not intending to do so quickly. Very nice people, but not sure money I spent on inspection was worth it.

John and his son where excellent! He wasn’t bothered with my many questions as a first time home buyer. The inspection paperwork was exactly everything he went over with during the walk through! I would definitely recommend him to others!
