I’ve gotta say, I’ve read the negative reviews about this company and I can say my experience with them was quite the opposite. Kelli was absolutely wonderful in getting me an emergency appointment, submitting my claim to my home warranty, and setting up the install. She was friendly, professional, and handled everything in a timely manner. I hope I don’t have future HVAC issues, but if I do, I’m calling Kelli!
