Had this company out to service my home today. Obviously way too soon to state whether or not treatment was 100% effective, but I'll be happy to write another review later addressing that subject.I was impressed enough with the service to go ahead and write a preliminary review now while my house is still cooling off.This company has been very prompt and professional throughout the entire experience. From the time I submitted the online estimate request, he was calling me within a few minutes.The phone conversation was brief, but very much to the point and informative without a bunch of unnecessary salesman speak. He laid out exactly what preparations needed to be made before service, what time service would begin, an estimate of how long it would take, and what my cost would be. He was prompt on arrival this morning, actually 2 minutes early. Did a quick and thorough walk through of the home to make sure the preparation had been carried out as instructed, and then promptly began setup.Very professional, and informative throughout the entire experience. Gave me a call within 5 minutes of the time he'd estimated would be the 30 minute heads up that he was almost done, with informative after service recommendations for cleaning, and caution when entering such a hot house.While there was no cool down time estimate given, I honestly never even thought about that stage myself, much less asked about it. In hind sight, it makes perfect sense that it's going to take several hours for a home to cook down from those temperatures, so absolutely no complaints there either.At this stage, 4 and a half hours after he left, I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone else who's dealing with this unfortunate problem.
