Incredibly rude. I'm honestly sure how they are in business still with the way they interact with people. I was only there for 5 minutes before I came to the conclusion that at TurboTax I may not get in person help but at least they are polite and helpful on the phone.

This review is for my experience with Buckner Accounting & Taxes. Both the photos for my review were taken on March 1st when I originally went there getting established as a new client and stuff. I returned to collect my paperwork on March 22nd. ^__^ Paula & Beth are such kind people. Both are running their business beautifully and I am so thankful for their time and services. My Grandfather has been proudly going to them for their quality of service & hospitality for over 15 years and he is the reason I'm a new client with them now! He hooked me up with a wonderful business to rely on! A few other of my loved ones have been going to them for various services as well I recently found out, so evermore the reason I'll continue doing business with them from here on!

SLOW. They also refuse to give time frames. After this year we are done. The last 3 years has been excuses. We kept trying to be loyal and give them a chance but they take on too much work and then have to file extensions that aren't even your fault. I'd like to add that we have a basic tax filing status as well no crazy businesses or stocks. Dropped our documents on 3 weeks ago called today for an up date and where told we would het a call when they are done refused to give an eta.****update it has now been 4 weeks still have not been given an update.** update it has now been 5 weeks ** not even a phone call I bet we will be getting told soon that they need to file an...read full review
